Tea. The van Houttes were a family of Belgian nurserymen who were famous for the Golden Elm, Ulmus 'Vanhouttiana'. Calude Ducher, 1871. Regarded as one of the best of all the Teas … there appear to be two strains. Description. 'Madame de Tartas' x 'Madame Falcot'. Repeats. Fragrant.
