Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow, salmon-pink shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered, rosette bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, armed with thorns / prickles, dense, lax, upright.  Glossy, holly-like foliage.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Named after Annie Cairns Willis (August 23, 1854 Rosly N.Y. - January 12, 1926 Roslyn N.Y.), who in 1876 married Rear Admiral Aaron Ward - see 'Admiral Ward'.
