Origin:
Bred by Colin Dickson (1956-....) (United Kingdom, before 2006).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Dickson Nurseries Ltd. / Dickson Roses in 2007 as 'Light Fantastic'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
White or white blend.  Lemon-cream.  Very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy.  Glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 30" (60 to 75cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
