How odd, what color is it, similar to Hot Cocoa? I may be mistaken, but that looks a lot like Fourth Of July's genetic influence.

Its orangey-russet-gold. Its VERY prickly. And VERY BS prone at Washington Park, where it has been growing for 2 years now.

But the flowers are very nice.

A short, pillar-type climber. Vigor looked good.

Hot Cocoa is also very prickly. Pretty colors, wish they didn't fade, and looks like there's a related sibling or seedling on the market:

Tropical Lightning (ORAlodsem)

They released the lineage, but I would personally contest what they stated. Almost no common plant traits w/ either stated parent.

Edit: They fixed the lineage. These 2 are parent and kiddo.

Would it be possible to add 'stripes' to the discription so that it comes up in when searching for striped roses?
