My Morgan Hill Red plant is in its third year (an own-root plant), and has been slow to grow, but is finally close to a foot high, with three blooms at one time this spring. The flowers are small as well, and only last about three days. If I had a space shortage, I would replace this rose with one more impressive. Since that's not currently an issue I will keep it and hope for improvement with time.
