Amélie ("Lili") Alice Henriette Gravereaux (May 16, 1885 Vitry-sur-Seine - February 14, 1960 Paris), youngest daughter of Jules Gravereaux, married on June 6, 1904 Auguste ("René") Ballu (June 30, 1877 Vitry-sur-Seine - June 24, 1948 Paris).
As the rose was already under this name at L^Haÿ in 1902, it must have been dedicated to René Ballu's mother.
