Named for a very popular and caring queen, she had frizzy red hair. This peony has smaller dusky pink blooms with multiple thin petals, and a soft spice scent. I finally got this planted a couple of days ago in a spot that gets part day shade. It's been overwintered in our garage, and I want to see this grow; thankfully peonies are fairly hardy.
