Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1972).
Introduced in New Zealand by McGredy Roses International (New Zealand) in 1980 as 'Blanche Neige'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
White or white blend.  Mild, tea fragrance.  41 to 55 petals.  Average diameter 0.75".  Small, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  Small, long sepals, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Short, armed with thorns / prickles, spreading, well-branched.  Small, glossy, dense foliage.  

Height: 6" to 10" (15 to 25cm).  Width: 18" to 4' (45 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Can be used for container rose, garden, ground cover, hanging basket or rock garden.  Hardy.  vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
