Codename seems imply a known second rose in the cross, low, so probably short for Flower Circus. I would guess Sunset Flower Circus based on traits and timing, which makes me wonder if Orange Flower Circus was bred from Queen of Hearts.

This rose has been marketed by Treloar in Australia as Renmark's Rose (see 2013 catalogue)

Tammy........
The "fancy name" of the rose is 'Queen of Hearts'. "Fairy Tale" is just Kordes marketing class.

Ok, thanks Lyn. I was thinking it was part of its official name, like "Lion's Fairy Tale," or "Floral Fairy Tale." I know "Fairy Tale" is Kordes' disease resistant class, but wasn't sure about the titling. :)

Zone 8B: Doesn't seem to like the heat and humidity much....Sparce 2" flowers with mild fragrance, moderate BS resistance, 4'T x 2, moderate vigor. 9/27/11 Lots of BS. I note that photos are from colder zones. I won't be keeping this one...I'm no spray.
