Origin: Bred by Mauger  (France, before 1828).  
Bloom: White.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, very double, semi-globular bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.   
Habit: Armed with thorns / prickles.  Dark green foliage.
