Photo of bloom taken in early June, 2021 in Greendale, WI showing two plants reaching their peak of bloom. Both plants were hard hit by the late spring frosts of the spring of 2020 and are making an admirable comeback.

Its a nice rose. You can whack it short to make it a shrub. It can get tiny anthracnose spots, but they are benign and go away. It is otherwise quite healthy here. Turns purple later in the season, which is cool.

On nights that go below about 70º the edges of the petals of Cancan™ may often turn a beautiful violet. This is possibly the most distinctive rose that I have been able to introduce.
