Thanks, Patricia. We're trying to get some shots of the foliage for comparison. My impression is that the stamens may not be the same color.

The flower looks a bit like 'Sunbonnet', floribunda from 1967 by Ollie Weeks. Could it be a floribunda?

Based upon the way it grows, I would say it is a Hybrid Tea Rose. Based upon the place where it was found, I'm guessing it is earlier than the 1960's.
