(AusoscarThe Lady's Blush
Elegant pointed buds develop into rounded, semi-double cups of a pure mid pink.  Each flower has a creamy white eye at the centre, often a white stripe, and a particularly fine cluster of golden yellow stamens.  At the point of attachment to the stamens, there is a prominent red ring which accentuates the effect.  It forms an attractive, rounded, bushy plant.  Named to commemorate the 125th anniversary of The Lady magazine, the UK's longest running weekly magazine for women.  David Austin, 2010.
