Hello,
It appears that all the nurseries listed either sell Rosa Sancta Richard not Andrews (Rosenposten, pépinières Dima) or don’t have her anymore (Põltsamaa Roosiaed). But no Rosa Sancta Andrews

I am almost sure the rose offered as St. John's rose by Vintage Gardens is in fact Rosa Sancta Richard not Andrews. The picture on their website clearly shows a single flower resembling the Richard cultivar, and they offer Rosa Richardii as a synonym.

Under 'Rosa sancta Andrews rose References Journal of the Arnold Arboretum, book (1921)
line 2: (1928) should read (1828).
That was the date for the publication of Andrews' Rosa sancta.
