Glenn Blair is in Mendocino county northeast of Fort Bragg., California. When I grew this foundling it seemed to be a shrub form of 'Madame Alfred Carriere'. Distributed years ago by Heritage Rose Gardens. I believe it is the same as their foundling "Al Moise" which is also on HMF.
