This rose is very healthy here in NJ. It has not set OP hips for me yet but I've used it's pollen this season with hips seeming to take so far

I've not had any self hips here, either, Rob. There are a few seedlings out back, supposedly from its pollen, but I need to give them time to mature to really determine if they are crosses or not. I'm glad it's behaving itself for you.

Kim or Rob, how does the mossing smell like?

I'll defer to Rob on this. I'm not recalling a scent and I no longer have the plant. It is part of the legion that didn't make it on the trucks.

Alas, such is life. Any guess to the parentage? The color suggests a yellow mini in the background, but that is just my guess.
Legion? ! How many brave souls have been lost?

Which Rugosa is a question. It seems like a Fairy Moss seedling to me. Mr. Moore often used Magnifica, Belle Poitevine and Jerry Rugosa. How many are "legions"? "Enough".

I am going to make a wild guess from the code name and say it was Jerry Rugosa.

Ah! A thought! Moore had a seedling of Fairy Moss x polyantha nana! Perhaps that is the other parent? (Then, it is Fair Molly x Jerry Rugosa)

I don't remember off hand but I will check tomorrow and report back. I'm using her pollen again this season.
