I have noted that Westerland and some of its hybrids do bring BS along for the ride, but not in great strides. It is mostly Pernet, so its not completely shocking, I guess.

The resistance in Westerland seedlings has been spotty for me. As for Westerland, I had to pull it out. It got completely defoliated two seasons in a row. Loved the color...

I gave up using them, actually. I really think Autumn Sunset can be drop dead gorgeous though. But the spot and heat intolerance ....
