Can someone please take a look at the listing of my seedling called 'Bullseye' (https://www.helpmefind.com/rose/l.php?l=2.66749)? It has been registered for some time now and is pending release but every time I make changes to the availability status it quickly reverts to pending registration.
Sorry Patricia. It is still doing it. It just seems to revert by itself for some reason. I have just changed it 2 minutes ago (9:05pm EST, 24th Aug. 2016), to demonstrate what I mean. I sent an email to support the other day and have thus far heard nothing back.
I am sure Admin Has just gone ahead and fixed the problem because it now (8am, August 25) shows ....Pending Introduction.... which seems suitable for a rose for a rose currently in the Trial Gardens?
There are a few automated procedures which run regularly to "correct" errors in the database caused by coding errors. For whatever reason, which we will need to resolve, your listing is being treated as having some sort of error.
We'll find it. Including the date when you changed/corrected it and when you noted it was changed back is very helpful.
If it makes any difference, the other day I removed all content from this field and it has thus far remained empty. It is only when I update the availability status to 'Pending Introduction'.
The last time I looked - this morning....?, it said pending introduction. This evening 6.30pm Perth time, it says pending registration. Gee whizz.. There is a spanner somewhere. Admin.......
11.30am (West Coast Australia, Sep 17, 2017 Status reads: Availability: Pending introduction. I'll watch it for a couple of days to see that it stays that way.
Ah cripes. This glitch is bigger than both of us. 7.12am (West Coast Australia, Sep 18, 2017 Status reads: Availability: Pending registration. I've deleted any Availability option and just added a Note. Simon, you might add an expected availability date to the Note?
