Thank you bybarakiti1945. All details except the parentage have been added. Adding parentages (and references) are about the last of the glitches to be fixed from the dreadful outage. It is on my list and just as soon as we can, we'll add the parentage.
(I really feel for the technicians as they prowl around the back blocks of the massive computer's innards seeking the glitches and bugs. Can you imagine the square eyes? Sending sympathies and encouragement.)
