The foliage is really pretty, from the photos.

How fertile is it? It would be worth breeding on with.

It hasn't set any seed yet. I have several hips using its pollen. Seedlings in the spring should help determine if Puzzlement's pollen worked or not.

Is stellata as fussy as Hulthemia and minutiflolia in a non-arid climate?

I've not dealt with it in anything other than an arid climate. I would imagine it would be as it "evolved" in aridity.
