Phar Lap. Breeders Code: Jaclap. Breeder: Zary 2012. Type: Hybrid Tea. Plants: 38 Parentage: Unknown.  Reports: 29.   Height: Medium to Tall  Garden: 6.6. Exhibition: 7.0. Health: 7.2 (very good)​  Fragrance: 3.4 (some).  A nice lovely shaped bloom but not enough of them on a plant. Blooms open quickly but do not fade. Plants are very healthy although there is some blackspot disease. This variety may have potential as an exhibitors rose.

Phar Lap Breeders code: Jaclap​. Breeder: Zary 2012. Parentage: Unknown. Garden: 6.1 Exhibition: 6.9 Health: 6.6 Fragrance: 4.3 Height:Medium to Tall. Availability: MAT. Kaitaia: Still establishing, velvet texture blooms, mediocre health. Waikato: Good deep red, healthy plants, good foliage. Tauranga: Looks promising.  Manawatu: Nice colour, has potential, needs more blooms though. Nice shapely blooms, opens quickly though, quite healthy although some blackspot, dull dark red blooms non fading, a bit slow out of the gates this one, jury is out. South Canterbury: Perfect form, good show, a must. Lovely blooms but not enough of them, bush slow to grow. North 0tago: Wouldn't back this one, good colour on a spindly bush.
