Herbaceous species.  
Bloom:
Light pink to white.  In clusters of 2-6.  10 to 15 petals.  Single to semi-double bloom form.  
Habit:
Upright.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
Definitely not a hybrid lactiflora, but a species form. Hong De-Yuan and The Plant List consider P. tartarica as a synonym of P. peregrina. See References.
