Varietal denomination: cv. Sprosul.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The new variety of Floribunda rose plant of the present invention was created by artificial pollination that was carried out during the spring of 2009 at Bakersfield, Calif., U.S.A., wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., seed parent) was the ‘Wekfabpur’ variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 16,623). The male parent (i.e., pollen parent) was an unnamed and unreleased seedling (non-patented in the United States).

Well, I was able to open that Patent and get the Application number, but when I try to add the Patent to HelpMeFind, the link tells me there is no such Patent. So I don't know what kinda Patent it is. Anyway, I've added the seed parent 'Midnight Blue' WEKfabpur. Thanks Michael.
