This was one of three roses given to Heritage Roses in Australia by someone who collected them long ago from a churchyard in the Adelaide Hills, but didn't record the grave names where they were found. I assigned them study names based on families who had many children buried there. One of the three roses is still in the churchyard and has been re-assigned a name based on the grave where it grows, but almost all of its flowers ball, and I don't think it worth growing. "Miels Childen" had disappeared from the churchyard in the interim, but will be planted in a public garden nearby.

Fairly low-growing, to about 1m. Good rose, good perfume.
