"The seed parent is an unpatented, unnamed proprietary Rosa hybrid. The pollen parent is the unpatented, commercial variety Rosa `Westzeit`. The new variety was discovered in April of 2009 by the inventor in a group of seedlings resulting from the 2008 crossing, in a research greenhouse in Gutersloh, Germany. "

"Plants of the new cultivar `Noa38121` are similar to plants of the seed parent, in most horticultural characteristics, however, plants of the new cultivar `Noa38121` differ in the following: 1. The new variety has dark pink to red-purple flowers, the seed parent has red flowers. 2. The new variety has greater resistance to disease. 3. The new variety has an upwardly cupped flower, the seed parent flower is high-centered.
