Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow, pink edges.  Strong, citrus, fruity fragrance.  45 to 65 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact, rounded.  Semi-glossy, medium green, dense foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 37" to 4¼' (95 to 130cm).  Width: 43" to 4¼' (110 to 130cm).
Growing:
Can be used for container rose or hedge.  Prefers dry climates.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.

This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of Floribunda Rose. It has as its seed parent the variety known as `WEKvossutono` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 18,473) and as its pollen parent the variety known as `ORAfantanov` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 23,158) ... The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Wasco, Calif. in the month of November.
