C.P. Horner, Awards to Rose Seedlings in Great Britain in 1990. 
The fourth Certificate of Merit winner was raised by the Melle Station of Ornamental Plants in Belgium.  RVS 84-82 was bred from 'Silver Jubilee' and 'Mountbatten' and impressed me very highly with its orange yellow and red shaded blooms which made a fine display throughout the hot dry days of summer.
