Introduced in United States by Star Roses & Plants (California) in 2019 as 'Pinkerbelle'.
Introduced in France by Meilland Richardier in 2021 as 'Lyon Lumières'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Blush, pink edges..  Strong fragrance.  42 to 47 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Arching, bushy.  Semi-glossy, medium green, dense foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 5½' (up to 165cm).

The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the `BAICENT` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 18,102). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the product of a cross of the `MEIZINCARO` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 11,660) and an `UNNAMED SEEDLING` variety. .... The description is based on the observation of two-year-old specimens of the new variety during June while budded on their own roots and growing outdoors at Le Cannet des Maures, Var, France
