Prone to blackspot in my eastern North Carolina garden. Unimpressive flower with too few petals, and not a lot of them anyway.

Thank you Steve.
This is what HMF is all about; the rose community sharing their experience with specific plants in varying geographic/climatic regions.

Might be related, I grow both but Nora Virginia really has less thorns and is a taller plant

We'll never really know. JP worse at displaying records now than they were before, and that's not saying much lol.

This is likely 'Women's Celebration', but J/P didnt make it clear. They refer to it as the "Women's Celebration Contest Winning Essay" winner.

It's their job and honestly about the only one they have remained decent at in the past decade.

I've been very pleased with the selection and plants from J&P in 2019 and 2020. Seems like they've vastly improved. I did get 2 mislabeled roses but they promptly gave me a store credit, and I have not lost any plants from their bareroot or container selections, even the ones I received in May 2019 from their $10 end of season sale (I live in Florida)

The number on the link is the same which was added to references in January 2019 für 'Women's Celebration'.
