Ulrike Klein, with a degree in horticulture, made serious profits from selling plant-based cosmetics etc. She gave back to the community by funding a beautiful small concert hall, Ukaria, in the Adelaide Hills, and by launching a project to buy a set of Guadagnini string instruments. They are currently on loan to the Adelaide String Quartet.
