Introduced in United States by Solaris Farms in circa 2019 as 'Fire Down Below'.
Class:
Hybrid Lutea, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Rose-red and orange-red.  Golden stamens, petals, notched and ruffled.  Average diameter 6".  Medium, semi-double bloom form.  
Habit:

Height: up to 34" (up to 85cm).
