Origin:
Bred by Irmtraud Rieck (Germany, 2014).
Introduced in Germany by Giessler Päonien in circa 2019 as 'Stromboli'.
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Scarlet.  Notched, frilled, glossy petals, gold stamens, no flares.  Mild to strong fragrance.  Average diameter 5.25".  Medium, single to semi-double bloom form.  Early.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  

Height: 28" to 39" (70 to 100cm).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Parentage:
Notes:
Registered in 2019 by Rieger. 'Yaiyo' was probably one of the parents.

Named for the active volcano in Italy.
