Bred by Wolfgang Giessler (Germany, before 2022).
Introduced in Germany by Giessler Päonien in circa 2022 as 'Dr. Volker Lerbs'.

Class:

Hybrid rockii, Species Cross, Tree peony.

Bloom:

Yellow, dark red flares. Prominent gold stamens. Mild to strong fragrance. Average diameter 4". Small to medium, single to semi-double, cupped bloom form. Early-to-mid.

Habit:

Tall, upright.

Height: up to 43" (up to 110cm).
