Origin:
Bred by John W. & Dot M. McFarlane (New Zealand, 1993).
Introduced in New Zealand by John & Dot McFarlane in 2002 as 'Twenty Four Carat'.
Class:
Hybrid Lutea, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Butter-yellow, buff , carmine-red highlights.  Notched petals; gold stamens.  Single to semi-double, ruffled bloom form.  Mid-to-late.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  

Height: 39" to 4'11" (100 to 150cm).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
