As you can see from the label at Roseto botanico "Gianfranco e Carla Fineschi" in Cavriglia this rose was bred in 1955 (and not in 1975 as reported in HMF); the earlier hybridization was confermed by Rolando Zandri, former Curatore of Roseto di Roma, who in 1969 gave the cuttings to Prof. Fineschi of this rose that was already present in Rome in 1962 when he started his job.
