Intriguing - they've changed the spelling in the next print, but it looks like the buds in front of the Niphetos flower, and perhaps the flower itself, are the same (with different companions). So I'm assuming the buds belong to Niphetos.

Yes - perhaps a case of "here's one I prepared earlier" - though one of them has included a larger, more expanded bud to the side as well.
