The form, shape, and foliage are right. Sometimes the petals do that odd fraying. But the color is way off. Perhaps it was the sun, a program, a mutation, or something else.

I do believe it is... Was tagged as such from a very reputable nursery. This rose was growing in a semi-shady location but has since been removed from my gardens.

I'm definitely on Gardener side but I had experienced with some roses are not true to the name, possible mistake happen during labeled the bare roots. I'm also relied on name tags, sometimes disappointed when they bloom
