With apologies, I think this may be a rootstock variety rather than the true 'Polstjarnan' (see other photos, which are correct, showing its unique small foliage and small, semi-double flowers). This looks like it is Rosa coriifolia var. froebelii (sometimes referred to as "Rosa laxa", but is not R. laxa Retz.)
