I agree with whomever thinks this photo is in the wrong place. The rose, to me, looks quite modern and not at all like an allegedly "flesh pink tea".
Was there ever a 20thC rose named after Princess Carline of Monaco? I seem to remember she had a certain celebrity at one time.

This is perhaps another rose by the name Caroline, but certainly doesn't match the drawing of this tea rose.

The Tea 'Caroline' listed here is not known to exist. This photo must show a different rose.
