    Hello:

    I am really interested in this rose. Is it a good bloomer for you? It looks so bright, and colorful. I live West of San Antonio so my climate is close to what you have. I figure if it does well for you it should for me also.

    Yes, Chireno is a good rebloomer. It blooms in flushes rather than scattered. Very healthy.
