The vigorous plant of "Susan's Rose" at the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden is labelled "Ramat-Gan NOT." It is extremely healthy, looking spotless even when other roses nearby were covered with blackspot or powdery mildew. There is a respectably strong scent of the tea/older hybrid tea type. The blooms appear to be completely unfazed by rain or water damage, or even thrips.
