When it comes my turn,
and the trumpet sounds for me,
I'd like to hear the Master say,
"Well done, good and faithful servant."
I'd like to know I have left
The world a better place than when I came,
To have given a helping hand
To others all about me,
To have motivated someone
To choose better path.
I'd like to leave some roses,
To brighten someone's day
to have spread more sunshine
Than shadow along the way.
