Thanks, Bill. Kim, Jim Delahanty, and I had fun working on the article, and with Kim's wonderful and extensive list of offerings, we certainly didn't lack for material! Part 2 was finished a while ago and should be up on this site soon, I would imagine. Ingrid	REPLY
