I saw your rose 'Perfume Tiger' and wwould love to add it to my stripes collection. Is it available?

Mr. Winchel passed away some 4 years ago. Ashdown West carries this rose, though they may be temporarily out right now. I have this, and the blooms are magnificent! This is definitely a stripe you want to acquire.
