I live in zone 4. It had a little dieback. Most of my modern roses like the minatures, floribundas, and hybrid teas died back to the mulch line, while this one was alive much farther up. So it is probably totally hardy to zone 5.

I ran into pictures of your seedlings today and they are lovely. Love the different striped seedlings you have.

Thanks. Stripes is what I am shooting for. It seems every solid color has been made. I think the only room for improvement on the solids is total disease resistance.

How is a variety awarded the Portland Gold Medal and is one givin out every year? Are there any varieties that won after the ones listed?
