Roger Lambelin needs to be grown in a really good soil. This rose is a frail grower and if it doesn't get what it needs, will only produce semi double blooms as it needs help to produce the double ones.

I HAVE THE SAME PICTURE. MY ROGER, WHEN IT BLOOMS, IS TRIMMED IN WHITE LIKE THE PICTURE WE HAVE; AND IT DOES HAVE POWDERY MILDEW MOST OF THE TIME. THE PICTURES HERE DO NOT LOOK LIKE MY ROGER PLANT.
