Northern Yellow is a very healthy and hardy shrub which is repeat flowering. It was bred by Rolf Sievers of Germany and is classified as a francofurtana (gallica). It resembles more a cluster-flowered shrub though its hardiness must have been inherited from the francofurtana parent.
A most useful rose especially for northern gardens.

Someone should send it to Canada. They need yellows.

This can't be Blanc Double de Coubert which is pure White. It looks more like Ritausma.

Hello,

I have been admiring your pictures. I was wondering what zone you are in (or how cold it gets where your garden is in the winter).

Thank you.
