I cannot see any W.F.R.S. award for this rose in Rome in 2010.
But it did win the 1st International Prize of the City of Nantes, France in 2010. HelpMeFind show this award.

The fragrance prize of Rome in 2010 was awarded to 'Crazy fashion' by NIRP - As the info is taken from the website of Meilland (without year), the error of Filroses seems to be the assumption it was 2010.

Nice to see, that the roses of Davide Dalla Libera are spread more widely!
I grow a few and they're very nice, healthy and interesting.
