Does anyone know where I could get one of these Matthew roses?? thanks

There was only one rose bred by Henry Matthews and that was 'Matthews Surprise', bred sometime before 1890. We haven't found it in Australia, so I don't think you have much chance of finding it in the U.S. But we would love to hear of it if you do. It was a tea rose and they are very long lived.

Perhaps. We will keep an eye out for it this October at the Heritage Roses in Australia Inc. conference which is being held in Queensland.

its just we are looking for any rose named Matthew.

A pleasure.
Go into Plants> Search/Lookup> click on Contains and ask for Matthew. You will get a choice.
The 1997 'The Matthew" seems your best bet.
