This is not Mrs. Sam McGredy. I have this rose and it has a distictive bicoloration of the petals with a red toned reverse. Less peach and more apricot on the petal fronts.

Appears to be Lunar Mist not Full Moon Rising. Petal edges are ruffled similar to Memorial day on Full Moon Rising. If you llook at the pictures of Polka you can see that this is not Full Moon Rising. I have Full Moon Rising in my garden.
